The Full Program

The successful draft-type program returns to Leganés, inspired by the professional planning of the first team's preseason. The program is geared towards young players between the ages of 18 and 23 who want to take their game to the next level.

Players will have the option to participate for 2 weeks or the full month and the best players will be selected to compete in league play with the International Academy teams.

The program includes accommodation optiond in our official residence in single or double rooms and full board included.

Get to know the story of Smeegel, winner of the 2022 International Draft.

Ahmad Walid 'Smeegel', was the winner of the previous edition. The striker, with Jordanian nationality but born in the United Arab Emirates, demonstrated excellent technical qualities that caught the attention of the club's coaching staff.

Over the course of the month, he put in outstanding performances in training and friendly matches, earning a place in the C.D. Leganés 'C' team. He had played previously in teams from Türkiye, so this was his first experience in Spain.

This season has given him first-hand experience of the quality of Spanish soccer. Despite this, he has been able to adapt and be key in several matches, scoring and assisting to help the team achieve victory.
