C.D. Leganés and Nabil El Zhar have agreed the rescission of the contract that tied them together until June 30th 2020, reason why the 32 years old French-Marroquin will not continue in the cucumber club during the 2019/2020 season.
El Zhar closes a chapter in Leganés after two and a half seasons wearing the white and blue colors. Since his arrival from U.D. Las Palmas, the international Marroquin played a total of 82 official matches with the cucumber club, scoring eight goals and providing five assists, helping the team to maintain the category in La Liga Santander an reaching the Copa de S.M. El Rey semi-finals in 2018.
The club thanks Nabil El Zhar for his professionality and hard work during his time defending the Leganés shirt and to wish him the best of lucks, personally and professionally.
