C.D. Leganés president, Victoria Pavón, and Juan Antonio Acedo, the president of Urbas, appeared together at a press conference, along with goalkeeper Asier Riesgo, to present and publicise their new sponsorship agreement.
Victoria Pavón commended Urbas for "their support and commitment to our Club", something that "is very important to us" and stressed that Urbas offers a great "example of hard work and growth over time". The president voiced her hopes that, through this exciting joint project, "this season we both will be able to achieve our objectives".
Juan Antonio Acedo, for his part, said he felt "very fond" of the city of Leganés, especially, for C.D. Leganés, a team that "I have been following for many years". The Urbas president also wanted to highlight the "exemplary" work of Victoria Pavón as the head of the Club and said he was "delighted to start this sponsorship".
