The director of the Football Base of C.D. Leganés, Jorge Broto and the coordinator of football base, David Méndez, where he representative of the club in this days,in which LaLiga present to the quarries the national plan of optimization and improvements of the football quarries that take new strategic areas and spaces for improvements to take our sport to a new level in the formation of this one with the first structuraded plan that is born in the effort of the teams of LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank.

For Broto, “ it is a great opportunity to put all the effort in the football base of the clubs of LaLiga into work and that way we can go beyond the results of each weekend. This national plan is a great challenge for everyone, due to the fact that it presents the option to count with different tools to improve day to day and that at the end this work can give the results that we expect”.
The plan was presented on the week of VI encounter of ‘Canteras’ at Pamplona, with the C.A. Osasuna as the host. It has been identificated in spaces to improve, thanks to the links of exchange of knowledge that were marked on the encounters of Canteras since 2016, with the end of professionalization of the quarries in all the teams.
