C.D. Leganés will count with Oscar Rodriguez for another season

Leganés and Real Madrid C.F. reached an agreement for the one-year loan of the 21 years old attacking midfielder, Óscar Rodríguez Arnáiz. The footballer was one of last season’s players with an outstanding year in the cucumber squad, playing a total of 31 games.

The one from Talavera came on loan last season from Real Madrid, and since the beginning of the year became one of the most common players in Mauricio Pellegrino’s team. Óscar played a total of 2,515 minutes, scoring four goals against F.C. Barcelona, Real Valladolid, Levante U.D. and Sevilla F.C., in addition to the many assists given. 

After confirming the agreement for another season, the player was happy to return to Butarque and wear defend the cucumber uniform. “I enjoyed playing this year for C.D. Leganés and I am looking forward to defending the white and blue’s shirt and giving as much joy as possible to the CucumberFans.”
