Jonathan Silva returned to action after more than two months of injury

C.D Leganés’ player Jonathan Silva returned to the pitch last Thursday against R.C.D Espanyol after two months of absence. The Argentinean recovered from an injury that kept him away from action for more than two months.

Silva had played only the first matchday of the season at Butarque against U.D Las Palmas on September 12th. He returned to play against the periquitos, a team that he had previously scored a goal last season at RCDE Stadium. The South American defender got into the pitch in the 77th minute.

The number 5 played the last quarter of the match and did it on the left wing in front of Javi Hernández. He helped in defense and in attack.
