Preview: C.D. Leganés returns to Anduva looking for three points to get closer to the play-offs

C.D. Leganés visits C.D. Mirandés this Wednesday (21:30) at Anduva, in a match corresponding to the fortieth and antepenultimate matchday of LaLiga SmartBank. The pepineros return to a historic stadium in search of three points that will bring them closer to the promotion play-offs.

Penultimate trip of the regular season for a C.D. Leganés that could certify, in case of scoring, their presence in the playoffs for promotion to LaLiga Santander. However, in either case, they will have to wait until Thursday to determine whether, once the matchday is completed, they will secure a place in the top six of the championship.
For the match in Anduva, the coach, Asier Garitano, recovers Javi Eraso after serving suspension in the last match against U.D. Logroñés. On the other hand, he will continue to be without the injured Bustinza, Omeruo, Ignasi Miquel, Lasure, José Arnaiz and Borja Bastón, who continue with their respective recovery processes. The pepineros have accumulated five matches without losing and only one defeat in the last seven matches.

C.D. Mirandés, looking to end the season on a high note

For its part, C.D. Mirandés comes to the match after losing in the last matchday in the final minutes against C.D. Lugo (2-1). The 'rojillos' still have a chance of getting into the promotion play-offs, although to do so they would have to win all three of their matches and for their predecessors in the table to lose. Of course, with the permanence already assured, they will seek to make a good final stretch of the season to finish with good feelings.
The team from Burgos has only won one of its last six matches, and for this Wednesday, coach José Alberto López will be able to count on almost the entire squad.
The match will be refereed by the referee from Tenerife, Mr. Juan Luis Pulido Santana.
