The Pepinera Cantera, also protagonist in the first team's training sessions

After the great season of Carlos Martínez's C.D. Leganés 'B', which achieved promotion to the Second Division RFEF, Asier Garitano has incorporated five players from the Blue and Whites' reserve team for the day-to-day training of the first team.

One of them, the only one who has been able to make his debut so far, is striker Diego García, top scorer of the reserve team and who has already played in two LaLiga matches with the first team, against U.D. Logroñés and Málaga C.F. The captain of the reserve team, Iván López, who has been with the club since the youth team, was already called up last season with Javier Aguirre and has been called up again with Asier Garitano after returning in the final stretch of the championship after overcoming a serious injury.

Left-back Mario del Campo was also called up once last season and has been called up again in recent weeks. For his part, Guinean midfielder Seydouba Cissé has also been recruited by Asier Garitano for the preparatory sessions, still waiting for his chance. Finally, goalkeeper Javi Garrido, a regular starter for the Juvenil 'A' team and who has already made his debut with the reserve team, completes the goalkeeping team in training alongside Riesgo, Cuéllar and Diego Conde.
