The academy of Club Deportivo Leganés consists of 13 teams that compete in the best leagues in their respective categories. All of them play their home matches in the Jesús Polo Stadium.

C.D. Leganés travels to Philippines to present next season ticket holders campaign

C.D. Leganés decided to present its season ticket holders campaign in Leganes, Philippines. Hand by hand of the cucumber central defender Rodri Tarín, the white and blues flew for more than 16 hours city located on the island of Panay. There, with the slogan 'This season all Leganés will support, but only a few will be SuperCucumbers' the adventure began.

C.D. Leganés and Nabil El Zhar part ways

C.D. Leganés and Nabil El Zhar have agreed the rescission of the contract that tied them together until June 30th 2020, reason why the 32 years old French-Marroquin will not continue in the cucumber club during the 2019/2020 season.

Ten C.D. Leganés players called up by their national teams to play the coming matches

C.D. Leganés players have been called up by their national teams for the official matches that will take place during this month of June. In addition, some will play important tournaments such as the African Cup, the Golden Cup or the U-20 World Cup. The central defenfer, Dimitrios Siovas, has been called by Greece to play three games in the coming weeks: a friendly match in Antalya against Turkey on Thursday May 30th, and two qualifying matches for the Eurocup 2020: the first one against Italy, on Saturday June 8th , and against Armenia, on Tuesday June 11th. The left-back, Vasyl Kravets, will go with Ukraine aspiring to make his debut with the team, with whom he has already been called up several times but without reaching his debut. The yellow ones will receive in qualifying matches for the Eurocup 2020 in Serbia on Friday June 7th, and Luxembourg on Monday June 10th. The forward, Youssef En-Nesyri, is part of Morocco's list for the African Cup of Nations, which will be held in Egypt between June 21 and July 19. The North Africans are in Group D of the tournament, playing against Namibia on June 23rd, Côte d'Ivoire on June 28th, and South Africa on July 1st and will play before some friendlies of preparation yet to be confirmed. The center-back, Kenneth Omeruo, will also participate in the African Cup of Nations, with the Nigerian national team, in Group B. The Green Eagles will play two friendly matches against Zimbabwe on June 8th and Senegal on June 16th. Subsequently, they will play the matches of the first phase against Burundi, on June 22nd, Guinea on June 26th, and Madagascar on June 30th. The goalkeeper Andriy Lunin will play the U-20 World Cup in Poland with the Ukrainian national team, a tournament that takes place between May 23rd and June 15th. The Ukrainians are in Group D of the tournament, debuting this Friday May 24th at 8:30 p.m. Additionally, they will play against Qatar on Monday May 27th and against Nigeria on Thursday May 30th in the first phase of the tournament. Another one who will be present in an official tournament this summer is center-back Diego Reyes, who was called by Mexico to play in the CONCACAF Golden Cup. The tournament will be held between June 15 and July 7 in the United States, Costa Rica and Jamaica. Mexico will play the first phase in Group A facing Cuba, Canada and Martinique. Before, the Mexicans will play two friendly matches against Venezuela and Ecuador. The forward, Martin Braithwaite has been called up by Denmark to play two qualifying matches for Eurocup 2020. The Danish will host the Republic of Ireland on Friday June 7th, and Georgia on Monday the 10th In addition, Unai Bustinza and Javier Eraso have been called up by the Basque Football Federation for the friendly match that the Basque team will play against Panama, in Panama City on Wednesday May 29th. Finally, C.D. Leganés 'B' player Kleandro Lleshi has been called up again by the U-21 team of Albania to play matches against Turkey, on Friday June 7th and Wales, on 9th and 11th of the same month.
