A brace from Vane against A.D Alcorcón fuels C.D. Leganés Senior Femenino's first place ambitions (1-2)

A significant win for C.D. Leganés Senior Femenino against a tough opponent, A.D. Alcorcón. Jero Martos' side are in third and battling for the top spot.

A glorious afternoon at the Alfredo Cenarriaga stadium. The Pepineras collected a precious three points from their clash with A.D. Alcorcón to breathe life into their race to the top against Futbolellas C.F.F. and C.D. Las Rozas, who also won their weekend fixtures. Jero Martos' team went ahead in the 27' minute thanks to a quick finish from Vane, who is currently scoring week in week out, to make it 1-0 by half time.

As the second half got underway, the locals fought back a goal in the 51' through Hajar. Yet Senior Femenino were not about to let their victory slip. It was in the 67' that Vane returned to shine in front of goal, completing a brace to send all three points back to Leganés. With this win, the Pepineras count 20 points to their leadership bid so far; they are only a point off of the two teams ahead, Futbolelloas C.F.F. and C.D. Las Rozas.

Juvenil could not overcome C.D. Masriver (1-2)

Jorge Ridao's squad were unable to prevent a loss against C.D. Masriver in a contested game that finished without compensation for our players. Nadia was the lone Pepinera goalscorer, but her effort wasn not enough to salvage any points, similar to Adrián Nieto's Cadete result against Atlético de Madrid, with a single contribution from Yanira.

That said, Infantil 'A' came away victorious against Móstoles URJC (1-5), as Huerta's team has in all of their previous matches this campaign. The goals came from Aitana (3) and Sara (2), with their scoring form elevating the Pepineras to occupy second place on 21 points in seven games, the same as first place Madrid C.F. Lastly, Infantil 'B' also tasted the sweetness of a win against Águilas Moratalaz where they racked up 14 goals in the game, thanks to Sandra, Sara, Aguado (2), María, Carla Pérez (3), Irene, Narela, Leyre, Isabella and África (2).
