C.D. Leganés Academy's player Javier Avilés debuted last Sunday in LaLiga. He played in the second half against Atlético de Madrid a total of sixteen minutes.
"The league debut is a dream for me, and even more facing a team like Atlético de Madrid, I am very happy. I am a fast and attacking player and that is what I try to do when I get the ball," said the young player.
C.D. Leganés' Head Coach gave hin the chance when there were twelve minutes left. "The coach always has the same strategy for us any, no matter the rival. The only thing he told me is to enjoy in the field and do what I know," he said.
Finally, the cucumber player indicated that he is at the club's disposal for both the Academy and the First Team: "I am currently available to the club for what they need either first or the second team."
