Javier Eraso and Unai Bustinza acheivements celebrated at the Butarque

C.D. Leganés footballers Javier Eraso and Unai Bustinza had their commitment and dedication to the club celebrated this Sunday at the Butarque in front of the fans. The two colonels were honoured with commemorative shirts for completing 200 and 150 games respectively for the club.

The club president, Dª. Victoria Pavón, presented both players with special shirts for their exceptional acheivement and commitment to the club just before the kick off against C.D. Lugo. Eraso celebrates 200 games for C.D. Leganés in his seventh season with the pepineros, making him the player with the 11th most club appearances, only four more fixtures off the top 10.

Bustinza marked his 150th game with the club against U.D. Ibiza in what is also his seventh season as a pepinero, placing him clsoe to the top 20 players with the most appearances in blanquiazul. The crowd cheered on the homage for two of their colonels at the Butarque, both recognised as foundational players in the club's recent history.
