José Luis Martí is C.D Leganés new coach

Club Deportivo Leganés closed the negotiation to hire José Luis Martí Soler as the new first team coach.

The manager joins the white and blues after being part of C.D Tenerife for three seasons where he got to dispute the last promotion playoff, Real Club Deportivo de la Coruña where he also got to dispute the definitive promotion match, and he was part of Girona F.C recently leaving the team in promotion spots on the 2019/20 season.

He also counts with a remarkable experience as a player both in first and second division with R.C.D Mallorca, C.D Tenerife, Real Sociedad and Sevilla F.C, winning with the last one the UEFA CUP twice, European Supercup, Spain’s Supercup and Copa del Rey.

The 45-year-old arrives to Leganés with the commitment of helping the club to continue with its growth. The manager will land at Madrid – Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport on Tuesday (09;30h) and will visit the club’s facilities where he will be presented.
