Unai Bustinza reached a hundred matches in First Division after Eibar’s match.

C.D Leganes’ defender Unai Bustinza reached a hundred matches in First Division after the pepineros’ last Thursday match against S.D Eibar at Ipurua. The white and blues’ captain has played 98 of them with Leganes and 2 with Athletic Club.

The 28-year-old made his debut in the Spanish football on October 25th, 2014 playing for Athletic Club. He later participated in another LaLiga match for the rojiblancos against Atletico de Madrid.

Bustinza arrived at Leganes in the summer of 2015. He played his first season as a pepinero in Second Division and got promoted with the team for the 2016/17 season. He has been with the white and blues during all the 4 years at the top.

He has played 22 matches in First Division on the team’s debut season, 20 on the second season, 25 on the 2018/19 and sums 31 in the current one.
