As if it was today… ten years ago Leganés got an important win at Lanzarote (1-2) and continued their fight to reach Segunda División’s promotion play offs. Two goals scored by Aníbal allowed Agustín Vara’s team to continue their fight to reach the top 4 of 2009/10 league.

Leganés was seventh on the league just 6 points away from the fourth position. The team needed a win to continue on their fight to reach promotion play offs.
