C.D. Leganés and Iván 'Pichu' Cuéllar announce to be link to the cucumber squad until 2021. The keeper has defended the cucumber goal during the last two seasons and will continue doing it for the following two campaigns.
Cuéllar landed in Butarque from Real Sporting de Gijón and took over from the start. In fact, in his first seasons played a total of 35 matches and the 34 in the second one, totaling 6.204 minutes. In all these games the cucumber goalkeeper received only in LaLiga a total of 81 goals, 43 in the first season and 38 in the second one.
The goalkeeper from Extremadura was chosen by the fans as Mahou 5 Estrellas Player of the Season, after being one of the protagonists of the same achieving a new permanence in first division. This way, the keeper will remain linked for two more campaign to the team.
