Training begins on Monday to prepare for the derby game against A.D. Alcorcón

C.D. Leganés begins a new week of training ahead of their next league fixture, set for this Sunday 30th January at 14:00 (CET) in the Butarque against A.D. Alcorcón. Ahead of the derby, five sessions have been scheduled so as to get the team in the best possible position to take all three points in front of a roaring home crowd.

Though internationals Gaku and Bárcenas have already departed to play in World Cup qualifiers, the squad was back to work at 11:30 on Monday morning at the I.D. Butarque ahead of their next match. Tuesday has been reserved as a recovery day, with training due to resume on Wednesday morning. On Thursday, the squad's program mirrors Sunday's kickoff time (14:00); finally, the Friday and Saturday sessions will be held behind closed doors.

Following Friday training, manager Mehdi Nafti will appear in a press conference to discuss the upcoming fixture against A.D. Alcorcón.
