Yesterday at Sambil Outlet, CD Leganés and Joma Sport presented the 2018-19 season kits in which the team turns 90 years old. Alexander Szymanowski (First team), Iván López (Academy) and Alexia Pérez (Women Juvenil) premiered the kits before the fans and with Club President, Victoria Pavón, and Marketíng Director, Jesús Martínez, as institutional support.
The first official shirt has the club's identity colors, white and blue, combining the wide stripe with the narrow stripes, the two styles of the club and with the V-neck. Also, it has an elastic fastener and a new finish on the sleeves.
Second kit is red, white and green colors that the leganenses players proudly dressed a few years after its founding (1930) and that were also in its first shield of this era. Also, it has details typical of the old football shirts as the laces on the neck or the commemorative logo of the 90th anniversary with the following phrase of its hymn: "Wherever it is".
And the third kit returns one more season to join the campaign of the fight against gender violence promoted by the government delegation. It is purple colour identifying the cause, with a bow and the message #NoALaViolenciaDeGénero on the back of the neck.
Joma has applied the latest technology. The shirts are manufactured in polyester. It emphasizes its quality and elasticity, in addition to having very good resistance and a particularly easy maintenance. This fabric has excellent breathability, since it is applied a last generation finish that gives the garment a greater ability to transfer sweat for its rapid evaporation, thus keeping the body dry.
In the zones of greater sweating, where the player needs an extra perspiration, the polyester fabric is replaced by MESH, grid pieces that allow the air to penetrate the garment and come into contact with the skin, drying it and keeping it constant temperature. Also, an antibacterial treatment has been included.
The shirts are designed to be as comfortable as possible. For this reason, it has FLATLOCK seams, topped on the inside to prevent chafing.
