We have females in our coaching staff, nutrition department, kitchen cleaning, store, protocol… almost in every area of the club there is a woman,” mentioned Victoria Pavón. “The important thing is to separate gender and be aware that we are all people. That is what is all about, having an equality, and that is what we are fighting for. We are taking small steps, but going forward,” said the president of C.D. Leganés.
