C.D. Leganés sharpened their shooting in training game against U.D. San Sebastián de los Reyes

This Monday C.D. Leganés played a friendly against U.D. San Sebastián at the I.D. Butarque, which they won with a convincing 3-0 score. The clash was a great opportunity for Garitano's men to clock in some more minutes on the pitch, with the matchday squad largely composed of players who did not appear for the league opener this past Saturday.

The pepinero manager lined up with: Iván Villar; Bustinza, Sergio González, Jonathan Silva, Quintillà; Recio, Luis Perea; Bárcenas, Juan Muñoz, Álex; y José Arnaiz. The eleventh man opened the scoring thirty minutes into the game, and then again to secure a brace for himself. Muñoz sealed the victory for Leganés when he finished the team's third goal in a game that saw the club's newest signing, midfielder Fede Vico, enjoy his first few minutes for the pepineros.

The squad continues with its preparation for their second league encounter next week, which will be held on Monday 23rd August (22:00 CEST) at the Butarque against Burgos C.F.
