C.D. Leganés will do a preseason stage of one week in Pinatar Arena

C.D. Leganés continues to shape its preseason, which will kick off on Monday 4 of July with a round of physical tests and medical examinations for the players in the squad. The team will spend a one-week training camp in the Murcian town of San Pedro del Pinatar, where they will play three friendly matches.

After facing Getafe C.F. in the first friendly of the pre-season next Saturday 16 July at Butarque, the squad will travel on Sunday 17 to the Pinatar Arena, a complex located in the Murcian town of San Pedro del Pinatar where they will train for the following week and where they will play three preparation matches.

Andorra, Nottingham Forest U-23 and Elche, opponents at Pinatar Arena

On Tuesday 19, Leganés will face Andorra F.C., a team recently promoted to LaLiga SmartBank and which the 'pepineros' will play against during the season; then, on Thursday 21, Idiakez's team will play against Nottingham Forest U-23, also at 19:00, while they will close their stay in Murcia on Saturday 23 playing against Elche C.F., a LaLiga Santander team, at 11:00.

On their return to Leganés, the team will continue training at the Butarque Sports Facility, with several more friendlies still to be confirmed, before the league opener on 13-14 August against Deportivo Alavés at home.
