C.D. Leganés receives the visit of London Japanese Junior F.C.

C.D. Leganés had the honour of receiving the visit of the London Japanese Junior F.C., the biggest Japanese football school in the city of London. A group of children aged between nine and eleven, accompanied by some coaches, were able to get to know the club's facilities and one of their idols, the Japanese international Gaku Shibasaki.

The London Japanese Junior F.C. is a Japanese club based in the British capital founded in 1994, which participates in the FA League and whose objective is the personal and football training of Japanese boys and girls living in the United Kingdom under the tutelage of coaches from their country. The international area of C.D. Leganés arranged the different activities that the group carried out during their five-day stay in our city, with several training sessions at the club's facilities.

Visit to a first team training session where they were able to meet several players, including Gaku Shibasaki.

The children got to know the Butarque Municipal Stadium and the Butarque Sports Facility with guided tours, attended a first team training session and the match that C.D. Leganés 'B' played against A.D. Alcorcón. In addition, the children had the opportunity to meet the Japanese international Gaku Shibasaki, with whom they shared a fun press conference, as well as other players from the first team such as Juan Muñoz, Rubén Pardo, Dani Jiménez or Seydouba Cissé, and the coach Imanol Idiakez.

It was undoubtedly a very enriching experience for both the Japanese youngsters and for the Pepinero club, who were able to see first-hand the children's enthusiasm.
