Miguel de la Fuente and Óscar Ureña star in the visit of "El Lega goes back to school" to CEIP José María de Pereda

The players spent an hour with the school's students.

On Thursday, March 7, Fundación C.D. Leganés made a new visit of "El Lega goes back to school", this time to CEIP José María de Pereda in our city with soccer players Miguel de la Fuente and Óscar Ureña.

For the fifteenth season, the club is approaching the young people of the municipality to instill in them the "pepinero" feeling and promote the values of enthusiasm, ambition and work. With these talks, the footballers share their personal and professional experiences, promote healthy lifestyle habits and the importance of academic training.

On this occasion, fifty fourth, fifth and sixth grade students from CEIP José María de Pereda received Miguel and Ureña, who also handed out club merchandising, signed cards and handed out invitations for the match against C.D. Mirandés at Butarque on Sunday 17 (2:00 p.m.).

For Miguel, these actions "create fans in the city, they make children see what we are doing, and that is very good. I hope they all come to Butarque, that they become fans of Leganés from an early age". For his part, Ureña said he really enjoyed the activity: "You can see the excitement on the children's faces, and they asked us very interesting questions. I really enjoyed being here.
