This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) aims to regulate the processing of personal data carried out by CLUB DEPORTIVO LEGANÉS S.A.D. (hereinafter, the “Club”) through the Club’s official website (hereinafter, the “WEB”). To register on the WEB, you must use a LaLiga Account, through which you access an ecosystem created by LaLiga, integrating various applications and websites, both of LaLiga and other football clubs, where each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences made by the user on one application or website will affect the rest of the LaLiga Account ecosystem.

Purpose of data processing
Main purposes:
• Provision of requested service: Your personal data will be processed by the Club to facilitate, manage, maintain, and control services requested through the WEB. Additionally, the Club will process your data in aggregated form to generate relevant statistics to evaluate WEB usage and improve the services and user experience.
• Season ticket services: Your personal data will be processed to manage season tickets, including acquisition, renewal, or cancellation.
• Online store service: Your personal data will be processed to provide online store sales and delivery services.
• Newsletter: Your personal data will be processed to send periodic updates on C.D. Leganés.
• Monthly club magazine: Your personal data will be processed to send it periodically.
• Suggestion box: Your personal data will be processed to respond to and manage submitted queries and suggestions.
The legal basis for the above purposes is the execution of the services requested through the WEB’s terms of use.
Additional purposes:
With your consent, the Club may also process your personal data for:
• Sending commercial communications about the Club’s activities, products, services, contests, offers, and/or promotions;
• Sending commercial communications or personalized recommendations by creating a profile based on the information you provide. Market studies and analysis of browsing and consumption habits may be performed using profile segmentation techniques to offer personalized information by any means, including electronic communications (email, SMS, MMS, etc.).
Advertising identifiers from Android and iOS are used to analyze ads and serve personalized advertising, which may be associated with personal identification information or persistent device identifiers (e.g., SSAID, MAC address, IMEI) or any new advertising identifiers.
The legal basis for processing your data for these additional purposes is the consent you provide. Personal data will be retained until you revoke consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time as described under “What are your rights when you provide your personal data?” without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on prior consent.
Why we need your data
Your personal data is necessary for us to provide services and communicate with you. Checkboxes will allow you to clearly and easily decide on the use of your information.
Data retention
The Club will retain your personal data while you have the application installed, have not revoked consent, and/or have not exercised your right to deletion, objection, or limitation. Data will be retained as long as needed for the purposes stated and to comply with legal obligations.
Once purposes are fulfilled or rights exercised, data will be blocked for five (5) years to address any arising responsibilities, after which it will be deleted.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties. The Club may disclose data to public authorities as required for lawful functions and applicable provisions.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, portability, and limitation at any time:
• Right of access: Confirm whether the Club processes your data and access it.
• Right of rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right of deletion: Request deletion of personal data.
• Right to restrict processing: Request limitation in certain circumstances, retained only for claims.
• Right of objection: Object to processing for specific purposes; the Club will stop processing unless legitimate reasons exist.
• Right to portability: Transfer your data in a structured, common, machine-readable format if the WEB allows.
