Four days of development, talent identification, and global projection in Romania
C.D. Leganés continues to strengthen its international presence with the successful delivery of a training camp in Cluj-Napoca. Over four days, a large group of young local players had the opportunity to train under the club’s official methodology.
The sessions were led by club coaching staff, who worked with different age groups, adapting training content to the specific needs of each category. Throughout the camp, players took part in on-field sessions focused on technical, tactical, and cognitive development, all aligned with the club’s training philosophy, widely recognized for its comprehensive and player-centered approach.
Beyond the training aspect, the camp also served as a key talent identification platform. The most outstanding players were selected for a future experience in Spain, where they will have the opportunity to attend trials with the club’s teams, further strengthening the connection between international development and the club’s sporting structure.
Initiatives like this highlight the club’s strong commitment to international growth, bringing its development model to new regions while creating real opportunities for young players around the world. The presence in Romania marks another important step in the expansion of the club’s global project, focused on talent development, cultural exchange, and the creation of meaningful football experiences.
C.D. Leganés continues to expand its international network, positioning itself as a reference in player development beyond its borders.
