Director of the International Area
Guillermo Gazapo
He heads the International Department at C.D. Leganés and oversees the team's work. He is responsible for the area's commercial strategy, agreements with residences, universities, and clubs, and the club's international expansion.
Under his leadership, the academy has taken its recruitment processes to India, South Africa, Panama, and Romania, and the club has signed agreements with KAC in Kenitra and with the SportyTV platform for distribution in Africa.

Karim Askoul

UEFA Pro coach, the highest qualification in European football.
He runs the International Academy: the teams, the coaching staff, and the day-to-day sports routines of players who come from more than 30 countries.
Director of International Methodology
Faissal Chehade
UEFA Pro
UEFA Pro Coach. He leads the CDL Method and endorses the methodological framework that the club is coding: the game model, position-based work, and data-driven control.
At C.D. Leganés, he has worked on physical and tactical support for the first-team players and in youth academy analysis. He has developed international projects in the United Arab Emirates and Botswana, where he prepared technical reports and performance reviews.
International Sports Projects
Juan Manuel Hernández
Coordinates the club's international projects and operations, working on the development of sports and commercial initiatives in different markets.
Their responsibilities include planning and executing events, recruitment programs, and international experiences; coordinating clubs and partners; managing groups and delegations visiting Madrid; and developing new opportunities and strategic projects for the International Area.
