He trained in the youth ranks at Real Zaragoza, signing for Villarreal C.F. as a teenager. After playing for the Juvenil ‘A’ team and Villarreal's second reserve team, he made his debut with Villarreal ‘B’ in the 2019/20 season, standing out in the following season, which earned him his debut with the first team, scoring a goal in the Copa del Rey and in LALIGA EA SPORTS.
He completed the 2021/22 season in Belgium's Jupiler Pro League, playing 25 games in the Belgian first division between Cercle Brugge and Union St. Gilloise. In 2022, he was loaned out again, this time to Famalicao in the Portuguese First Division, returning in the winter transfer window to Villarreal to play the second half of the season with Villarreal ‘B’ in LALIGA HYPERMOTION.
In the summer of 2023, Millán signed for Real Oviedo, but his progress was cut short by an injury that kept him out of action for several months. In 2024/25, he played for Portuguese side Farense in the first half of the season and F.C. Cartagena in the second. With the Albinegros, he scored six goals in nineteen games, demonstrating his goal-scoring instinct and qualities once again in the second division of Spanish football. In the summer of 2025, he signed for C.D. Leganés.
