C.D. Leganés B and Djibril Gueye extend their partnership until 2029

C.D. Leganés and 19-year-old youth player Djibril Gueye have reached an agreement to renew his contract until 2029. This means that the young Senegalese player will remain with the Pepineros until the end of the current season and for three more seasons.

Djibril Gueye has already made his debut with the first team in an official match, playing the full 90 minutes in C.D. Leganés's Copa del Rey opener against C.D. Azuaga, which ended in a 1-4 victory for the Pepineros. He has played more than 500 minutes with the C.D. Leganés ‘B’ reserve team, which plays in Group 7 of the Tercera RFEF.
