C.D. Leganés femenine team secured this Saturday an important victory against Las Rozas C.F. a direct rival in the fight for the league (2-0), and continues undefeated. Vane was the key player for the triumph scoring the two goals. The rest of the teams of the section won as well.
The Senior had a very important match this weekend and the supporters knew about it. The Pepineros do not doubt to cheer the team at the Anexo Jesús Polo for supporting our team in a key match for getting the objective of the promotion. The white and blue team knew the importance of the duel and from the very first minute went to the mitch mentalazed for the victory.
Seventeenth gameweeks undefeated
Even though in the first half there weren't too many occasions, the pepinero team fought together but both teams respected each other on the pitch, no one was able to create any clear occasions until the minute 35, Vane scored the first goal for the team of Jero Mato. The stadium did not stop cheering and having a good time with the team that was very proud with the goal of the maximum goal scorer and wanted more.
In the second half, the Senior team started to dominate a little bit more, creating clear occasions of goals and playing much better. The visitors tried to stop our players with some constant fouls and on the minute 73’ they suffered one expulsion, due to a double yellow card of Marta after a foul over Truji. With one more player on the pitch the pepinero team was on the rivals, and on the minute 83’ Vane scored again, she decrete the second goal in the result to end the match. With this new victory our team are leaders with 55 points and add seventeenth consecutive gameweeks without losing.
Victories for all the rest of the teams
The rest of the gameweek, the Juvenil team of Jorge Riao got a victory against Futbolellas C.F.F. (0-2) with a comfortable match for the pepinero team. However the victory had a bittersweet flavor, because Cris suffered an injury and needed to go to the surgery room. Moina and Sara scored the goals that day. The Cadete team of Adrian Nieto achieved a convincing victory that provided them confidence to a front the rest of the season, Alicia (3), Yanira (2), Cande and Alba were the goalscorers.
Javi Madrid started the debut of his team as the head coach of the Infantil ‘A’. Our team fight until the end so they could get the victory and they got it against Fuenlabrada Atlantis (3-4) Clara scored a goal (2) Sara and Inés. At last, the Infantil ‘B’ takes the three points against Águila de Moratalaz (1-4). María, Laura, Julia and África score the goals.
