C.D. Leganés Senior Femenino could not score in their match of the tenth day of the league, losing against A.D. Colmenar Viejo in the Annex Jesús Polo (1-4). Noelia scored the goal for the Pepineras, who are in fifth place in the table.
Pepineras and colmenareñas disputed the clash last Saturday with the aim of taking three crucial points in the fight to maintain the top positions in the meridian of the competition. The Juvenil team faced this Saturday against Escuela de Fútbol AFE after the victory against C.D.E. Olímpico de Madrid. Despite a hard week of training with which the team undoubtedly reached one hundred percent for the game, Diego Garcia's team could not prevail against their rivals and lost 3-0. The two goals conceded in the 5th minute were a hard blow that they could not placate. Even so, the pepineras did not stop trying and had several chances, including two in which the ball crashed against the crossbar.
For their part, the Infantil team went into the match against Madrid C.F. Femenino after the defeat against Torrelodones C.F. and with the objective of competing in a complicated duel. The match started positively for the Blue and Whites with a goal by Adriana Ibáñez in the 18th minute. After two goals from the locals in 36' and 54', our team fought until the end to try to get the equalizer. Despite the effort made, the final score was 2-1.
Victory for the Cadete
The Cadete gave the joy of Sunday with the favorable result of 5-0 against A.D. Sporting de Hortaleza. Adrián Nieto's team came into the match after losing against the bottom of the standings (Real Madrid C.F.) and wanting to get back to winning ways. Very good work by the Pepineras throughout the match, which paid off with goals from Mireia Sánchez ('3), Andrea Maldonado ('9), Paula Revert ('15), Irene Gil ('27) and Rocío González ('65). The team was in control of the game and knew how to take advantage of the chances they had.
