C.D. Leganés incorporates Javier Tejero and Diego Romero to its technical secretary, who join the soccer management led by Andrés Pardo, and who have already started working for the next season 2025/26.
Both professionals join our club after a long career in football, both in the formative and professional fields. Javier Tejero joins our club from Real Madrid C.F., where he has worked for the last eleven seasons. After two years as a youth observer, he also worked in the international football department, coordination of youth recruitment and, since 2020, as a scout in the technical secretariat of the first white team.
Diego Romero spent four years at Levante U.D. as a youth coach and analyst. In the last eight seasons he has been part of Villarreal C.F., the last five as a scout of the first team, being also responsible for the recruitment of young talent in emerging European leagues.
