The mexican defender Diego Reyes and goalkeeper Andrés Prieto were officially unveiled as C.D. Leganés players this Friday morning at LaLiga Corner, a space created by LaLiga at El Corte Ingles in Castellana, Madrid.
The mexican player, signed on the last day of the transfer window, arrived to reinforce the cucumber defense: "I want to thank the trust C. D. Leganés have in me. I'm very happy to come back to LaLiga, where I have lived my best years both personally and professionally. I want to give back all the love and joy you make me feel. I'll give everything I've got to try to put Leganés where they deserve", added Reyes, who was very confident during the last hours of the transfer window. "From the start we were confident I could be at this great club. That's why we stayed here since Tuesday, a bit nervous but confident in completing the deal".
On the other hand, Andrés Prieto promised he wants to add competition for the C.D. Leganés goal. "I thank C.D. Leganés for the chance and the interest they had in me. I've been lucky to play in big clubs, but the C.D. Leganés values have always got my attention. I want to put my share to help this club grow. I hope this relationship can keep going for many years. I come to compete for the goalkeeping position, to increase the competition and improve between two goalkeepers that are at a very good level".
