It has been one year since the first match of C.D Leganés’ Women’s Senior Team at Butarque

This October 9^th marks a year since the first match of C.D Leganés’ Women’s Senior Team at Estadio Municipal Butarque. The pepineras won against Fundación Rayo Vallecano’s Juvenil Femenino 'A' for the I Villa de Leganés women’s tournament. The result was 5-2 after the team came back from a 0-2.

It was the first time C.D Leganés’ Women’s team played a match at Butarque with a relevant attendance of fans. The first half of the match was for the visitors but Patri’s and Paula’s own goals, and the goals scored by Victoria, Algara and Lore (penalty kick) allowed the pepineras to comeback in the match.

The first Women’s Villa de Leganés stayed at home on a day that will be remembered in C.D Leganés’ history.
