Javi Hernández, Five Star Player of the season

Javi Hernández has been recognized by the supporters of the club as the player “Cinco Estrellas” of the season. The defender won this prize that recognizes him as the best player of the 2021/22 thanks to his development. This prize is organized by Mahou, the official beer of the madrilean club.

With this initiative, Mahour Cinco Estrellas, showed the loyal support to all C.D. Leganés and their fans, generating connections with persons that are essential to life offering the supporters to be part of this prize. Javi Hernández took the prizes of august and september as the best player and is the man with more minutes played of the squad, achieving as well three goals during the season.

The supporters vote through the profile of twitter @futbolmahou with the collaboration of the official account of C.D. Leganés (@cdleganes), to the best player of the month using the hashtag  #JugadorCincoEstrellas. For making the voe effective they must select a retweet or favorite with the number of the player that they want to see receiving the prize, with a determined time so it is possible to count the votes. Once the votes are counted the winner is determined.
