Javi Hernández made his debut as C.D Leganés’ football player

C.D Leganés’ defender Javi Hernández made his debut as a pepinero last Saturday in the match the white and blues played against U.D Logroñés at Las Gaunas (0-1). The 22-year-old defender started the match and played the 90 minutes in the left back.

The defender came from Real Madrid C.F on the last days of the transfer market. He did not have any minutes until last Saturday when José Luis Martí gave him the chance to start the match against the riojanos. Despite of receiving a yellow card in the first half, he managed to play a great match and helped the team to leave Las Gaunas with a clean sheet.

The number 28 is the twenty seventh player that has played with C.D Leganés in the season. Only Riesgo, Aymane and Kevin Bua are still waiting to make their debuts.
