The Leganés school continues with the good evolution for all the teams fulfilling for now the sports and formation objectives. We have talked with three coaches from the School to get to know their impressions regarding this season, the work they have done with the players and what is the meaning for them of Escuela Pepinera.
The Leganés school conforms to the base football identity and counts with a total of 40 teams. More than 800 boys and girls learn the values of the team playing football under the observation of graduated coaches that will guide all the kids in the sports area and as a human being. They train in the installations of the sports center of the quarry.
Regarding the sports performance, we highlight Benjamin ‘A’ Fundación that leads the group 36 of the federated league, as well as the Benjamin ‘D’ and Benjamin ‘F’, first in their respective groups of their local league. As well, the Pre-Benjamin ‘A’ Fundación is on the first position of the group 32 of the federated league, while the Cadete ‘A’ and the Infantil ‘C’ are on promotion positions.
For knowing the work of the coaches and the work of the Escuela C.D. Leganés we have talked with the three coaches.
Adrián Nieto: Coach of the Benjamin ‘C’ tolda us about their impressions of this season. “ Teh season is going very well, my coworkers and I are very happy with the attitude of the kids and of course with their evolution. We hope to accomplish the objectives proposed by Escuela”. Adrian highlights the “human quality” of the group. “There is a good atmosphere from the first up to the last coach and that makes the work very good. Indeed, we need to highlight the methodology that we follow in the school year after year and it is reflected in the formation of the boys and girls that at the end is the most important thing”, affirms Adrian. In the end the coach told us the meaning of the Escuela Pepinero. “There are a lot of seasons that I‘ve been on the Escuela and as I mentioned to you the atmosphere and the work that year after year it seems to be very easy, making us feel happy, and here the people are worry for you in the sport area and in the personal area, that is the close treat that makes everything much better to the trainer”.
As well we have talked with Rubén Escaso, the coach of Benjamin ‘B’ and Infantil ‘E’: “Escuela has a lot of good things for me, if I need to keep one, it would be the way that it is coordinated. They do a great work in the direction part as coordinating, with a great group that keeps working on it”. Ruben outstand, “with the Benamin we try to implement concepts that predominate the tecnic part because I consider that in those ages are very important, The truth is that the guys are doing a great year. We are known as a team that knows how to compete. With Infantil we need to highlight that as a second year team that we are forming a great relationship with the group that makes us have positive results”. He comments about the different jobs they do on every team. At last, Rubén thanks Escuela Pepinera for “-The opportunity of trusting in me as a coach”.
At last we talked with Isidoro, coach of the Infantil ‘F’ that highlighted, “ the human quality” both the parents and the kid that “makes our days easiest”. The pepinero coach underlines the “professionality” in the structure and the treat of the Escuela. “for us, the trainers know that at all times the Escuela will take care of all the needs we require for us and for our players, it gives us security and peace. In the sport part we dispose of all the needed material for making our training fun, dynamic and different so the players can progress”, he finished.
