Leganés want to keep the positive streak against U.D. Almería at home.

C.D. Leganés will receive this sunday (20:00 hours) U.D. Almería a rival that Lega have always added points to when they met at madrilean territory. In the last six matches, the pepineros have achieved four triumphs while the other two duels have been draw matches. 

Leganés and Almeria have always faced each other in the second division. The first two matches were played at the ancient Luis Rodríguez de Miguel, on the first stage of Leganés in the silver division: The match of the season 1995/96 ended with a goalless match, while on the next campaign the blue and white team won for a result of 3-0. 

In the XXI century at Butarque, Leganés got a comfortable victory in the season 2002/03 (5-2), while in the next match, 2003/04 there was a draw without goals. The campaign 2015/16, ended with a victory for the blue and white team, coached by Asier Garitano, by 2-1 that helped for the promotion of that year to LaLiga Santander.
