The team faces a week of derby against A.D. Alcorcón

C.D. Leganés faces a week that began with the 35th matchday match against S.D. Ponferradina on Monday and will end on Sunday (18:15) with the second Madrid derby away from home this season, in this case against A.D. Alcorcón in Santo Domingo.

The pepineros players trained on Tuesday after the draw against the team from El Bierzo, enjoying a rest day on Wednesday. This Thursday they will face the final stretch of the preparation for the match against Alcorcón, with sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 am at the Butarque Sports Facility.
Asier Garitano will hold the usual pre-match press conference on Friday at 1:00 pm. The team will depart on Sunday from the facility to face the first of the consecutive away derbies, as, after hosting Real Sporting on Sunday, May 2 (18:15), they will face a new regional duel against Rayo Vallecano.
