The team resumes training with the aim of beating Real Sporting

The C.D. Leganés squad resumed training this Wednesday with their sights set solely on this coming Sunday's match (18:15) at Butarque against Real Sporting, in what will be a direct duel for the promotion play-off places.

The pepineros ended the 35th matchday in fourth position, four points ahead of the team from Gijón, against whom they drew in the first round at El Molinón - Enrique Castro, 'Quini' (1-1). After Sunday's victory in Alcorcón, the first team players carried out a recovery session on Monday, while the rest of the team began to prepare for the match against the Asturians.
After the rest day on Tuesday, the players will train from Wednesday to Saturday from 10:30 am at I.D. Butarque (except for Saturday, when they will do so at the stadium) to prepare for the clash against the red-and-whites. Asier Garitano will hold a pre-match press conference on Friday at 13:00.
