Visit to the Estadio de la Cerámica in the 36th round of LALIGA EA SPORTS

C.D. Leganés faces this Wednesday, May 14 at 19:00h a new league commitment in their visit to the Estadio de la Cerámica to face Villarreal C.F., in a match corresponding to the 36th round of LALIGA EA SPORTS.

The Pepinero team will fight to get a positive result against one of the most in-form teams in the championship, with the intention of continuing to add to the fight for permanence. Borja Jiménez's team is reinforced after the important victory in Butarque against R.C.D. Espanyol (3-2). 

For this match, the coach will bring back Javi Hernández after suspension. On the other hand, Enric Franquesa and Borna Barišić are still out due to injury.

Villarreal, for their part, are in great form and are on a run of three consecutive victories, the last one away against Girona (0-1). They are currently fighting for a place in the next edition of the UEFA Champions League. Marcelino will be without Albiol and Ilias, who are still out through injury.

The match will be directed by the Biscayan referee, Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea.
