Figueredo, on loan to F.C. Iberia 1999

C.D. Leganés and F.C. Iberia 1999 have agreed to the one-season loan of right-back Sebastián Figueredo. The Uruguayan will play on loan this campaign for the Georgian side, which holds a buy option.

Figueredo, 24, arrived at Leganés in the summer of 2025 from Wanderers of Montevideo. In his first season as a Pepinero, the Charrúa defender played eighteen official matches in the Leganés shirt—sixteen in LALIGA HYPERMOTION and two in the Copa del Rey.

Now, Figueredo will seek to continue gathering experience with the current leader and reigning champion of the Georgian league. F.C. Iberia 1999 has recently competed in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers and will soon begin the preliminary rounds of the UEFA Europa League.
