Liga Portugal, Blue Crow Sports Group, and C.D. Leganés have signed a framework agreement to collaborate on marketing initiatives, content, and commercial and audiovisual exploitation.
This agreement stems from a recent Liga Portugal campaign, “Relvado da Sorte,” based on the “Inmobiliaria Butarque” campaign developed by C.D. Leganés, which won, among others, the National Marketing Award and the prestigious ESSMA Award for “Fan Engagement Initiative of the Year.”
Following this first campaign, Liga Portugal, Blue Crow, and C.D. Leganés have decided to take a step further and turn this initial collaboration into a more stable relationship that will encompass all kinds of marketing and commercial initiatives.
The executive vice president of C.D. Leganés and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Crow, Eduardo Cosín, said he was “delighted to be able to collaborate with such an important institution as Liga Portugal” and “excited by the recognition this implies for the great work that our marketing and commercial teams have been doing for years, positioning C.D. Leganés as a creative benchmark not only nationally but also internationally.”
For his part, André Mosqueira do Amaral, CEO of Liga Portugal, stressed that “this agreement reinforces Liga Portugal's ambition to develop international alliances that add value to Portuguese professional football, promoting creativity, innovation, and connection with fans.”
In the coming weeks, teams from both entities will meet to define a common roadmap that will enable the development of new joint initiatives aimed at creating value, exchanging knowledge, and promoting the international profile of both organizations.
