C.D. Leganés and its Foundation visited José Germain University Hospital on Thursday as part of the events being held to mark World Mental Health Day, celebrated on October 10.
The event was attended by first-team players Miguel San Román, Rubén Peña, and Enric Franquesa, first-team players María Hernández and Ainhara Rodríguez, club vice president Eduardo Cosín, and Leganés City Council sports councilor Clara Polonio.
The visit to the Leganés child and adolescent mental health center is part of the club's Foundation's efforts to raise awareness of mental health, which include the team wearing their third kit dedicated to mental health awareness in this Sunday's match (2:00 p.m.) against Málaga C.F.
