The Juvenil A team will face R.C.D. Espanyol in the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.

C.D. Leganés' Juvenil A team will make its fourth appearance in the Copa del Rey División de Honor after qualifying last Sunday with a 2-0 win over C.D. Badajoz.

Today, the draw for the Copa del Rey Juvenil was held at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, with the 32 best teams at the end of the first round of the División de Honor taking part. 

The Juvenil A team will face R.C.D. Espanyol in the first round of the Copa del Rey. The match will be played at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque on the weekend of January 17-18, with the exact date and time still to be officially confirmed. 

R.C.D. Espanyol finished the first round as leaders of Group 3 ahead of F.C. Barcelona with 36 points in 15 games and only one defeat.

If Javier Roa's team manages to advance to the next round, they will face the winner of the tie between C.D. Tenerife and Real Sporting de Gijón in the round of 16.
