C.D. Leganés hosts Real Valladolid this Sunday (2:00 p.m.) at Estadio Ontime Butarque in a match corresponding to Matchday 21 of LALIGA HYPERMOTION. The Pepineros kick off 2026 at home following last weekend’s victory in Albacete.
The year couldn’t have started better for the Blue-and-Whites, who secured an away win at the Carlos Belmonte (1-3) in their first match of 2026. Now, Lega is looking for its second consecutive victory, with Igor Oca welcoming back Lalo and Miguel after they served their suspensions. The injured Figueredo and Pulido will be out, while Duk is a doubt.
For its part, Real Valladolid comes into the match after drawing last week against Racing (1-1), in Tevenet’s debut on the Blanquivioleta bench. The Pucelanos, winless in three matches, will visit Ontime Butarque without Tomeo, Meseguer, and Latasa—all suspended—and Guille Bueno and Amath, who are injured. Ramón Martínez, signed this week from Sevilla F.C., could make his debut.
A great atmosphere is expected in the stands at Ontime Butarque as the team seeks its first home win of the new year.
