Leganés B suffer a last-minute defeat at Navalcarbon

C.D. Leganés B suffered a 3-2 defeat this Sunday against Las Rozas C.F. during their visit to Navalcarbón, in a match in which the Pepineros’ reserve side deserved more and saw two of their goals disallowed.

The side managed by Abraham García took the lead as early as the 2nd minute. Teo Bou headed a set-piece into the net to make it 0–1. With their side ahead, Jorge Martínez had the chance to extend the lead, but the ball struck the post, preventing the score from becoming 0–2. The home side reacted and managed to turn the result around before half-time.

After the break, the reserve side stepped up in search of an equaliser and were rewarded in the 80th minute, when debutant Sawane scored to make it 2–2. Prior to that, the referee had disallowed a goal by Burcio in a decision that was heavily contested by the Pepinero side.

As the match entered its final minutes, Las Rozas C.F. secured the decisive 3–2 victory, leaving Leganés B empty-handed despite their second-half comeback and strong performance.

The Leganés B side are already looking ahead to their next league fixture, which will see them travel to I.D. Butarque next Saturday at 5.00 pm to face Rayo Vallecano’s reserve team.
