Lega Wins Again at Home in Luis Carrión's Debut

C.D. Leganés hosts R.C.D. Mallorca this Saturday (4:15 p.m.) at Ontime Butarque Stadium in a match for Matchday 11 of LALIGA HYPERMOTION 2026/27. The Pepineros will be looking for a home win in Luis Carrión’s debut as head coach.

After failing to earn any points against Córdoba, Leganés returns to home action for the new blue-and-white coach’s debut. The Barcelona-born coach will once again be able to count on Marvel, who has served his suspension, but will be without Álvaro Morata—suspended for one match following his red card in the last round—as well as the injured Atienza.

For its part, Mallorca comes into the match after earning a point on the road against Eibar (1-1). The Bermellones are in the playoff zone and will be looking for their second road win to solidify their position near the top of the table. John, who was sent off at Ipurua, will be out due to suspension.
