Leganés B failed to advance to the next round of the promotion playoffs

C.D. Leganés 'B' was eliminated from the promotion play-offs to Segunda Federación following a 1-1 draw in the second leg against C.F. Trival Valderas Alcorcón. The side managed by Manolo Rueda needed a two-goal victory to overturn the 0-1 first-leg deficit, as Trival Valderas's higher finish in the regular season meant a draw on aggregate after extra time would see them through.

The "pepinero" academy side managed to force extra time thanks to a goal by Yuri Menac in the 74th minute. Once in extra time, Leganés 'B' threw everything forward in search of the goal that would grant them qualification. However, in the final play of extra time, the hosts managed to net the 1-1 equalizer, bringing an end to the Blue and Whites' reserve team season.
