C.D. Leganés and goalkeeper Diego José Conde Alcolado, 24 years old, reached an agreement last Friday for the goalkeeper to become the first signing of the pepinero team for the next season 2023/24.

Diego Conde returns to Leganés, where he will live his second stage after having defended the pepinero shirt in the 2020/21 season. Formed in the youth ranks of Atlético de Madrid, he went through all the categories of the red and white club until reaching the reserve team in the 2017/18 campaign. After passing through C.D.A. Navalcarnero and returning to the colchonero discipline, in the summer of 2020 he arrived at Butarque.

At just 21 years old, he made his debut in LaLiga SmartBank, making his debut with C.D. Leganés in a match against C.D. Lugo. After sharing goal during the 2020/21 season with Iván Cuéllar and Asier Riesgo, the following season he was promoted to LaLiga Santander, playing for the last two seasons in the ranks of Getafe CF.

The goalkeeper from Madrid now returns to Butarque, signing for the next two seasons, until June 30, 2025. Goalkeeper with great wingspan and agility under the posts, he becomes the first incorporation of the club for the new campaign. The date of his presentation will be announced soon.
