All club members will be able to collect their special scarf for the 25/26 season starting next Monday, August 25, during the specific days and times assigned to their membership number. The scarves will be distributed at the member's office entrance by the Hogares group team.
This special scarf contains an integrated chip that will offer various experiences. The first available feature will be the opening of the 'Butarque Mystery Box,' a giant box containing surprise gifts (season tickets, jerseys, scarves, team trips, VIP experiences, etc.). Before each match, at a designated time, the box can be opened using the scarf chips, and the member who manages to open it will enjoy one of these gifts.
The schedule for scarf collection is as follows:
Members 1 to 2,000: Monday, August 25, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Members 2,001 to 4,000: Tuesday, August 26, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Members 4,001 to 6,000: Wednesday, August 27, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Members 6,001 to 8,000: Thursday, August 28, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Members 8,001 and above: Friday, August 29, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
On Monday, September 1, members who were unable to collect their scarf on the specified day will also be able to do so from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
For now, the functionality available with this scarf will be the opening of the Butarque Mystery Box. Work is underway with LaLiga to enable the scarf to also grant stadium access and other functionalities.
